When a team, honed over years of working together, reunites, something remarkable happens. We founded Norrin Advisory: Norrin’s data and AI consulting unit. Our mission is clear: help clients turn data and AI into real business value and productivity gains.
Our paths first crossed more than 20 years ago at Satama Interactive, where we were at the forefront of Finland’s first wave of digitalisation. In 2007, we founded our own company, Talent Base, and began working on international projects where data management, analytics, and business insight went hand in hand.
As the team grew to over 50 people, our journeys took us in different directions. We moved on to new companies and roles, gaining fresh experience and skills. Yet the spark never died. Now, it’s burning brightly again – with a slightly renewed line-up, in a new home.
