    We work deep with AI and its applications. Our Data Science, Machine Learning and GenAI teams push the envelope of what's possible with ever-advancing technology. At the same time, our Service Designers and Advisors turn customer's needs into solutions and technology into opportunities for AI-driven productivity revolution.

  • Business Engineering

    We look deep into a business problem and redesign the digital environment to support business goals. Automate customer service? Optimize field technicians' work? Come up with entirely new B2C services?

    Our Business Engineering combines a fresh take on the customer's problems as well as a solid technology background. We end up implementing custom applications (both classic and low code), automating processes, popularizing data, and of course, implementing AI.

  • Data Platforms

    Enterprise systems' value depends on having the data pieces right. Well-organized, in real-time, available wherever it is needed. 

    We are the experts in enterprise data. Solid data platforms are backed with an equally solid governance practice. Selected pieces of data are distributed through a scalable, secure and high-performing integration platform. 

    Agentic integration, natural language querying, AI-based data quality management - all these are crucial developing tenets for our data practice.

Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks

High-quality data platforms are our staple deliverable. Microsoft's Fabric vision ties together scalable cross-platform data infrastructure, modern data science practice, and impeccable Power BI reporting. For some scenarios, Azure Databricks is the perfect companion, so we work with that as well.

Microsoft Foundry

Azure's AI services power the artificial intelligence revolution. From basic OpenAI models to higher-order tools such as Document Intelligence, AI Search, and Florence vision models, we use what it takes. When working on-premises, we deploy models from either Azure or of our own making, typically on top of Kubernetes.

Power Platform

Our #1 toolkit for digitalizing enterprise processes. Cost-effective, ubiquitous Power Apps, workflow automation through Power Automate, RPA/CUA combinations for those pesky legacy apps? We look at low-code first to ensure cost-effectiveness, but smoothly swift to classic pro-code development as needed.

Pro-code dev tools

.NET, C#, React, TypeScript, MAUI,  WPF, Python, Node.js, Kubernetes, and so on. Also, we rock the full Azure PaaS stack - from hosting fundamentals to almost every single data store and messaging service available.

Azure Integration Services

We've been running Logic Apps -based solutions in production since 2015. Functions? Event Grid? Service Bus? API Management? Yes, please. Out of these, we build both single integrations as well as whole platforms. Read more about Azure Integration Services.

Each conversation is an opportunity to connect, learn, and share experiences. Our process follows four simple steps, built on open and honest communication from start to finish.

1. Intro call

A short conversation with our recruitment team, where you’ll hear more about Norrin and the role. We’ll also get to know your background, experience, and what kind of opportunities you’re interested in. 

 
 

2. Get to know your future team

Next, you’ll meet experts and potential colleagues from your field at Norrin. In this discussion, we’ll dive deeper into the role, responsibilities, and ways of working, while also exploring collaboration, communication, and your experience in more detail.

For technical roles, the conversation focuses on your technical expertise, problem-solving approach, and practical experience with relevant tools, technologies, and methods. Depending on the role, the process may also include a small technical assignment

3. Final discussion with leadership

The final stage is usually a discussion with a member of our leadership or business area lead. Together, we’ll go through the details and expectations on both sides and answer any questions you may have. 

4. Job offer
