Organized by the Finnish Venture Capital Association (FVCA) and PwC, the Building Growth competition celebrates the most inspiring growth stories among Finnish companies backed by venture capital or private equity. The competition highlights two categories: Venture Capital and Buyout. Norrin was selected as a finalist in the Venture Capital category.
According to FVCA, this year’s finalists represent “A diverse range of Finnish growth entrepreneurship and demonstrate how impressive growth stories can be built from different starting points. All finalists share a determination to succeed and a desire to grow and develop their own industries.”
"We are driving the AI-evolution in companies at every level, starting with data-driven management, and ending with changes in work. As always, the change is happening iteratively as people's ways of working evolve. We have demonstrated our ability to generate value with over 40% organic growth last year, and we are now building our capabilities for sustainable continuity and internationalization of our market area," Seppo Kuula, CEO at Norrin.
The winner of the Building Growth competition will be selected by a jury of external experts at the Finnish PE-VC Summit organized by the Finnish Venture Capital Association on October 9, 2025. The members of the jury will be announced at a later date.
Congratulations to all finalists!
