The Face of AI Whitepaper

How will enterprise software systems and their user experiences evolve by 2030?

The world tends to look at AI from the perspective of a chat, because that is the modality that ChatGPT brought on us. We believe AI can change the interface between humans and machines much more profoundly.

We are maturing from simple chat-based assistants to agents capable of driving tasks, a few discrete steps at a time. In this tide of change, the role of enterprise applications and the human experience has been left in the shadow.

In this paper, we explore the topic of "AI augmented user experience", including facets such as multi-modal, multi-channel, and asynchronous user experiences. We believe these concepts lay the foundation for enterprise end-user computing for the next decade.

We welcome you to explore our vision of the changing role of humans, the enterprise application ecosystem, and its implications for both business and technical leadership.
