Norrin has appointed a new board of directors. Norrin's goal is to enable AI adoption for its clients by leveraging Microsoft technologies. As part of our growth strategy, Norrin will accelerate its expansion through acquisitions both in Finland and internationally.
The new board is a key factor of Norrin's growth, and its composition has been carefully designed to meet future challenges and opportunities, especially in the areas of Microsoft technology and internationalization. Three external experts have been appointed to the board.
Norrin's new board consists of the following members:
Tomi Merenheimo brings extensive experience in sales, sales leadership, and international business development. Merenheimo is a lawyer specializing in international business and a professional board member.
Mari Tuominen holds leadership positions at Microsoft and her deep knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and future technologies is a valuable addition to the board.
Mika Vainio-Mattila is an experienced business executive with broad experience in leading and scaling growth companies. His expertise strengthens Norrin's ability to scale and expand into new markets.
Harri Puupponen and Veera Sylvius will continue their board positions as in the previous year.
