Norrin expands in Sweden with the acquisition of Mindcamp

Norrin

Norrin has acquired Mindcamp, a Gothenburg-based specialist in data and analytics. The acquisition supports Norrin’s strategy to achieve over 30 percent annual growth in the Swedish market.

Through this acquisition, Norrin strengthens its presence in Gothenburg’s rapidly evolving technology hub. This marks Norrin’s second major acquisition in Sweden in short order, following its November 2025 purchase of Stockholm-based BizOne.

Norrin’s Swedish client portfolio includes Boliden, Kicks, Martin & Severa, Skanska, Tempcon Group, and Östgötatrafiken.

Targeting 30 percent growth

Mindcamp specializes in data management and advanced analytics. Based in Gothenburg, the company employs approximately 40 data, BI, and AI specialists and generates annual revenue of around five million euros.

“We have rapidly pivoted to become an AI-first company—a shift that is agile for an organization of our size. Combining our practical AI expertise with Norrin’s capability to deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions significantly accelerates our growth trajectory,” says Wiko Law, CEO of Mindcamp.

Norrin employs around 250 professionals, with total revenue expected to exceed 30 million euros this year. Operations in Sweden will account for approximately seven million euros.

With Mindcamp on board, Norrin offers a full end-to-end service suite in Sweden, spanning data platforms, data governance, analytics, AI solutions, business process development, and change management.

“Our growth relies on attracting top talent. Alongside Stockholm, the Gothenburg region is an exceptionally dynamic growth hub, combining deep technical capability, strong industrial roots, and a rapidly growing appetite for practical AI adoption,” says Seppo Kuula, CEO of Norrin.

Evolving client demands

AI is fundamentally changing what organizations look for in their technology and business transformation partners.

“Companies need partners who can guide the entire AI-assisted work transformation—from process redesign to assembling the full toolchain for new ways of working,” Kuula notes.

In previous cloud and data management shifts, consulting firms could thrive by focusing narrowly on single areas like data platforms or specific technologies.

While deep domain expertise remains critical in the AI era, delivering meaningful solutions requires much broader end-to-end capabilities spanning workflows, business operations, and executive decision-making.
Norrin’s approach centers on creative engineering, bridging business acumen with advanced technology development.

“Together, we are far better positioned to turn data, technology, and AI into tangible business growth. Joining forces with Norrin enables us to deliver complete lifecycle value from initial build and deployment to long-term operations and continuous optimization,” Law explains.

“Organizations—much like individuals—struggle to cut through the flood of AI-generated information to pinpoint what truly drives value. In Sweden, we are building a comprehensive framework that integrates business strategy, executive leadership, and organizational change. This model has already proven its worth in Finland as companies modernize for the AI era,” Kuula concludes.
